DescriptionReceived a resolution from the European Parliament calling for a single certification scheme for palm oil entering the EU market, to ensure that the oil is produced in an environmentally sustainable way. The resolution also proposed to phase out, by 2022, the use of vegetable oils related to deforestation as biodiesel feedstock.
