DescriptionRenewed a Memorandum of Understanding with Viet Nam, giving Bangladesh the option to import up to 1.0 million tonnes of Vietnamese rice per year, until 2022. The agreement was soon followed by the purchase of 250 000 tonnes of Vietnamese rice.
