DescriptionDecided that MAV commitments on rice will remain at 805 200 tonnes and continue to accrue a 35 percent in-quota tariff, until 30 June 2020 or until rice tariffication provisions are made in Republic Act No. 8178, whichever is earlier. Thereafter, the in-quota tariff rate will be set at 40 percent.
