DescriptionReduced the Special Commodity Levy (SCL) on imported broken rice from LKR 5 per kilo (USD 32 per tonne) to LKR 0.25 per kilo (USD 2 per tonne). The revised rate will be effective from 2 August 2017 to 31 December 2017.
