DescriptionLifted a July 2017 sales suspension order for 2.6 million tonnes of non-food grade rice from government reserves that had been tendered off in April and June 2017. The decision, by the Supreme Administrative Court, allowed sales of 0.5 million tonnes of rice for industrial use to proceed, along with the release of 2.1 million tonnes of feed quality rice.
