DescriptionDecided that another 45 360 tonnes of paddy could be imported by 30 August 2018, in order to meet domestic consumption needs in 2018. As with the import quota approved in March 2018 for a similar volume, quantities purchased under this measure will be liable to a 3 percent import duty.
