DescriptionRemoved import duties on barley and rye for sowing, currently set at 0.5 percent and 5 percent. Imports duties on barley and rye intended for consumption will remain at 5 percent. Duties on maize imports will also be eliminated. The measure will come into effect from 1 January 2018.
