DescriptionAgreed to eases requirements for wheat imports from the Russian Federation. The new instruction allows for the presence of weed seeds if that grain shipment is headed for processing at plants, registered with the Brazil phytosanitary organization (ONPF), which have the necessary equipment and processes to store and ensure that there will be no reproduction or waste from its processing.
