Policy InstrumentTransport measures 

DescriptionIssued decree No. 1595 on the rules for providing grain transportation subsidies. The measure will be applied until 30 June 2018 and will allocate a total of RUB 2.99 billion (USD 49.5 million) in subsidies from the Federal Budget in 2017 and 2018 for the transportation of 3.181 million tonnes of wheat, barley and maize from 13 regions of the Central, Volga, Ural and Siberia Federal Districts.
