DescriptionCreated the State's Strategic Food Reserve with the purpose of stabilizing the supply of basic foodstuffs. The reserve will be managed by the Customs Warehouse of Angola (Entreposto Aduaneiro de Angola), reportedly comprising some 60 000 tonnes of rice, wheat flour, maize flour and beans. Of that total, some 21 000 tonnes would consist of rice.
