DescriptionAnnounced that the state enterprise EMAPA would offer USD 60 per 176.6 kg fanega (USD 340 per tonne) of paddy it bought in 2019. EMAPA has set a target of purchasing 50 000 tonnes of paddy from the 2019 harvest.
