DescriptionAnnounced that government purchase prices for the 2019 Yala procurement drive would be raised from LKR 41 to LKR 43 per kg in the case of Samba varieties (USD 235 to 246 per tonne), and from LKR 38 to LKR 41 per kg (USD 217 to 235 per tonne) for Nadu paddy.
