DescriptionIssued new customs tables adjusting the additional duties levied on rice imports under the price band mechanism. In addition, ceilings applied on these additional tariffs were maintained at 20 percent of the imports\' Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) value, effective until 30 June 2019. Thereafter, the cap on additional surcharges would be lowered to 15 percent of CIF value.
