DescriptionFixed ceilings on retail prices of a set of foodstuffs, including locally produced rice. For the Grand Lomé District, the price cap of rice was set at XOF 16 500 for a 25-kg bag (USD 0.98 per kg). In other Togolese regions, ceiling varied from XOF 14 000 and XOF 16 500 for a 25-kg bag (USD 0.83 to USD 0.98 per kg).
