DescriptionAnnounced that it would purchase 400 000 tonnes of rice from the 2023 harvest at market prices between 30 August and 31 December 2023. Of that volume, 10 000 tonnes of rice would serve as the country's contribution to the ASEAN Plus Three Emergency Rice Reserve (APTERR).
