DescriptionExtended the suspension of import duties, quotas and trade defence measures on Ukraine\'s exports to the European Union (Autonomous Trade Measures) and will phase them out on 15 September 2023. These measures apply to four agricultural products: wheat, maize, rapeseed and sunflower seeds. During this period, the products can be circulated freely in all EU Member States, with the exception of Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, where transit is only permitted through the general customs transit procedure.
