DescriptionAllowed Ukraine to independently request aid for infrastructure development under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme of the European Union (EU) in a bid to help establish and improve trade routes for the transit of Ukrainian products through the EU. Previously, Ukraine could only submit projects for selection in cooperation with EU countries.
