DescriptionDecreased export duties on wheat from RUB 4 058.9 to RUB 3 952.9 (from USD 44.12 to USD 42.97) per tonne, on maize from RUB 2 278.7 to RUB 1 083.5 (from USD 24.77 to USD 11.78) per tonne, and on barley from RUB 219.5 to RUB 190 (from USD 2.39 to USD 2.07) per tonne. These export duties came into effect on 21 February.
