DescriptionExtended the ban on exports of paddy, husked, semi/wholly milled rice, broken rice, groats and rice meal until 31 December 2024. Exceptions to the ban would include volumes destined to member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, those provided as international humanitarian assistance, as well as those destined to the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia.
