DescriptionApproved the introduction of tariffs on imports of grains, oilseeds and derived products from the Russian Federation and Belarus. Starting 1 July 2024, customs duties on oilseeds and meals will be up to 50 percent of their value. The tariffs will not apply to products passing through the bloc to non-EU countries so as not to disrupt food supplies elsewhere.
