The entire event will showcase the cultural heritage of India nation and connect that with the importance of millets in India's cuisine.
The event will be attended by officials from the Government, buyers, and sellers of millets, the common city people, and specialists from the hospitality industry. The entire program will be a culmination of art and culture that creates a premise for millets as a food culture in India.
