International Mountain Film Festival

The 33rd edition of the International Mountain Film Festival will take place in Autrans, France on 30 November – 4 December. Under the theme of "Peaks of Madness", the festival will honour mountains in all their aspects and question human’s relationship with the natural environment. The festival will feature animated films, short fiction films and documentaries, as well as feature films, a retrospective session, thematic evenings and more.

Mountain Wilderness, a member of the Mountain Partnership, will be present at the festival with a stand dedicated to the presentation of the association’s proposals regarding ethical and environmental approaches in the mountains. It will also participate in the film competition with “Alpine line, the great crossing”, a film by one of its members, Yann Borgnet.
