Mountain Kenya Trust Festival

The Mount Kenya Trust Festival is an annual celebration welcoming people from near and far to experience the wonders of the Mount Kenya and to celebrate the people who work to protect it. This event was previously run as the Mount Kenya 3 Peaks Challenge and is being developed in 2018 to make it more inclusive than ever before.

Events include four- and eight-night trips up the mountain – where participants can undertake trekking, technical climbing (with ropes), geocaching, fishing or other more relaxed exploration of the spectacular upper reaches of the mountain. Other events will take place in the surrounding area, including live music, film nights, tree planting and more.
