  Second International Conference on Cryosphere of the Hindu Kush HimalayaKathmandu, Nepal
From: 13.05.2014 to: 16.05.2014The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is organizing this conference of scientists from across the world to share latest knowledge on cryosphere monitoring. They will share knowledge on glacier mass balance, satellite-based mapping, glacio-hydrological measurement and modeling in Hindu Kush Himalayan (HKH) Region. In addition to the conference, a workshop is being organized to facilitate the development of a policy framework for data sharing in HKH region. Abstracts can be submitted until 31 March, 2014.
