This regional conference for geographers will address the ‘Changes, Challenges, Responsibility’ that pertain to modern geography. Namely, the significant challenges focusing on the recognition of and response to contemporary changes in the environment, society and economy, which call for responsibility. The forum aims to help define pathways towards sustainability and responding effectively to the risks and opportunities of global environmental change.
