Presentation of a Cleaning Expedition to Mount Elbrus

With the support of Mountain Wilderness, a presentation will be given by Breffni Bolze , Philippe Goitschel and Jean-François Rossillon of  their cleaning expedition at Russia’s Mount Elbrus in August 2014.

The team of three climbers spent ten days in late August on the highest peak in Europe, where they inspired others to help them clean. In total about twotonnes of rubbish were taken off the slopes.

Mountain Wilderness is an international non-governmental organization, dedicated to the protection of pristine mountain areas. Its geographic scope is worldwide with most of its work taking place in Europe and Asia.
