Global Climate March

On the eve of the twenty-first session of the Conference of the Parties (COP21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) that will take place in Paris during the period 30 November – 11 December, 350.org is organizing a Global Climate March, happening on 29 November in Rome, Italy, in conjunction with many other cities in the world.

The march in Rome will depart at 14:00 from Piazza Farnese and arrive at Via dei Fori Imperiali where there will be a concert. The Mountain Partnership will attend the march in Rome, Italy, to represent mountains and the effects of climate change on mountains and mountain peoples.

MP members are encouraged to find and attend events or marches organized by 350.org near them. Events can be found here
