Phygital Sustainability Expo

The 5th edition of Phygital Sustainability Expo will take place on 4-5 June 2024 at the Museum of the Imperial Forum in Rome.

Phygital Sustainability Expo will welcome 100 speakers from 17 different countries, including presidents of multinational corporations, world-class opinion leaders, and high-level institutional representatives.

The event is in partnership with 14 hotels (Hotel de la Ville-Rocco Forte, NH Hotels, Omnia Hotels) in order to increase sustainable tourism.

Phygital Sustainability Expo is co-organized with the European Parliament and the European Commission and aims to highlight the importance of the EU strategy to shape itself as a global sustainability policy maker. The event also takes on an important role since it has been chosen by the European Parliament as an influential stage for the closing of the election campaign for the European elections.

The event's main institutional partners are the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Italian Trade Agency, and the Department for Events, Sports, Tourism and Fashion of Rome Capitol City.

Given the high educational rate of the Phygital Sustainability Expo, students from five Italian universities can receive academic credits by listening to the conferences. The Sapienza University of Rome is the main academic partner of the Sustainable Fashion Innovation Society and will present a scientific publication analysing the economic, social, cultural and tourism benefits of this international sustainable event.
