Climate Hour 2022 - Alpine Food Heritage for Climate and Biodiversity

A public event organised by Polo Poschiavo in collaboration with the Fundaziun Pro Terra Engiadina within the framework of the Interreg Alpine Space Project LUIGI Linking Urban and Inner-Alpine Green Infrastructure on the occasion of World Environment Day 

At the Hotel Le Prese, Friday 3 June 2022 from 5.30 p.m.

The event includes a short guided experience to discover how various elements of the landscape can contribute to regional development and biodiversity, followed by an Alpine aperitif for climate and biodiversity created by Arvenis di Mariagrazia Marchesi Baldini and the Hotel Le Prese in collaboration with the participants of the workshop "Orchards - Specialities in and out of the kitchen", which is being held as part of the Interreg Alpine Space project "LUIGI", with 100% Valposchiavo products, wild herbs and products from ancient orchards in various Alpine regions, including the apples of Casa Tomè.

The aperitif is offered by Action Group 7 of the European Union Strategy for the Alpine Region EUSALP

Climate Hour is an event conceived by the Swiss Presidency of the Alpine Convention in collaboration with the Permanent Secretariat of the Alpine Convention.
