The International Year of Sustainable Mountain Development and life in the Western Ghats

The Streatham & Clapham United Nations Association (UNA) will host a Zoom call on Saturday 25th June at 2.00 pm CEST. As well as outlining the purpose of the International Year, the event will feature speakers from Southern India and the Kaani people of the Western Ghats. The event will explore the objectives of the International Year as well as showcase short video clips about the life and culture of the local indigenous people living in mountain areas.
