Langtang Area Conservation Concern Society (LACCoS)

Langtang Area Conservation Concern Society (LACCoS) is a non-profit NGO founded in 2007 by local youth committed to environmental conservation and improving the livelihoods of vulnerable communities in Rasuwa district. Initially, LACCoS focused on raising awareness, advocating for environmental conservation, and building capacity to address conservation needs while promoting sustainable growth and equity. Now, it leads programs in livelihood support, governance, climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction, WASH and education-based programmes.
