Huaravito Reserve

The Huaravito Reserve / Sacred Natural Site is a private protected area located in the Montes del Aguacate Biological Corridor of the Cordillera Volcánica Central Biosphere Reserve, Costa Rica. We seek to promote the value of forests and other biological resources related to biodiversity, watershed protection, carbon fixation, genetic material, scenic beauty, and the provision of water and energy. Our mission is to conserve the Site’s natural ecosystems and promote the sustainable use of its natural resources.
