Asociacion Bananos Ecologicos de la Linea Noroeste (BANELINO)

Asociacion Bananos Ecologicos de la Linea Noroeste (BANELINO) represents 238 smallholder producers in the Northwest Line of the Dominican Republic, located in the Western Valley of the island. The association is comprised of small producers who manage an average of 3.0 hectares, and 31 percent of them are women. BANELINO contributes to development and growth by investing in the community through programs and projects focused on producer competitiveness, education, health, sports and culture.
