The Research Center in Technologies for Society is part of the School of Engineering of the Universidad del Desarrollo (known as C+). The Center was created with the objective of becoming a leading interdisciplinary, technological research centre, recognized for the social impact of its projects based on applied interdisciplinary research, context-based technological development, and innovation at the service of society. It addresses issues related to mountain ecosystems through its EnviroHealth and Extreme Environments Research Groups. |
