This Summer Course will address the main legal issues arising from performing dangerous activities 
in nature and the legal responsibilities of different institutions (civil, administrative and/or 
criminal). This course addresses these questions from a practical perspective and it will look at 
Comparative Law, including the jurisprudence applicable to different cases.

The main objectives are: 
- To study and disseminate the current legal regulation of dangerous activities performed in 
nature.
- To provide legal solutions to situations of legal risk arising from dangerous activities 
performed in nature.
