Climate Himalaya wins award

Prakriti’s Climate Himalaya initiative has won India’s prestigious Manthan eNGO  Challenge Award 2012 for its knowledge networking outreach on climate adaptation and mountain development issues in Himalayan region.

The eNGO Challenge Awards recognize NGOs who are using information communication technology and digital media for good governance practices benefiting societies and communities at large.

Prakriti started Climate Himalaya to share knowledge on climate adaptation across Bhutan, India, Nepal and Pakistan.
