 Call for papers on Gender and Sustainable Development in Mountains13.03.2013Mountain Research and Development (MRD) and the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) invite well-validated and sound analyses of approaches to, and conditions for, initiating gender-positive transformation in mountain environments. Possible topics include gender-positive transformation and sustainable natural resource management, gender and adaptation to climate change, gender-responsive governance and gender-equitable compensation and benefit-sharing mechanisms. Abstracts (250 words in length) are due by 15 April 2013, full papers by 1 September 2013. |
