25.07.2013

Fundación Agreste is working with Kimberly-Clark Argentina to revitalize the town of Paso Grande in Argentina’s Conlara Valley by providing access to safe drinking water and improving livelihoods.

In addition to installing water pumps, a reservoir and an irrigation system, the project forsees the building of greenhouses and gardens for herbs, spices and vegetables that will provide the community with food and also allow them to sell surplus crops, generating income and encouraging young people to remain in the town rather than migrate.
