Top Spanish chef to promote mountain product cuisine

Quique Dacosta, renowned chef with three Michelin stars, and Thomas Hofer, Coordinator of the Mountain Partnership Secretariat, met in Dénia, Spain, on 15 February 2014. They discussed embarking on a project to feature high quality traditional mountain products, enhanced by gourmet cooking. This initiative was first proposed in September 2013 in Erzurum, Turkey, during the Fourth Global Meeting of the Mountain Partnership by the Agenda 21 group of the Municipality of Dénia.
