This area is known for its richness and variety of surrounding environments, including the mountains of the Adamello, the Orobie pre-Alps and several tourist attractions, such as the National Park of Rock Art.

Evening screenings of documentaries, features and short films about mountains will be held on 30 August-3 September at the Cinema of Temù Alps. Soprano-singer Silvia Lorenzi will perform at the closing of the festival on 4 September at Ponte di Legno.
