E-discussion on Sustainable Mountain Development in the Southeast Asian Region: From Rio 1992 to Rio+20, 2012 and beyond - June 1-30, 201125.05.2011The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) together with experts from the Non-Timber Forest Product-Exchange Programme (NTFP-EP), as a member of the global Mountain Partnership Consortium (MPC), has launched an E-discussion on Sustainable Mountain Development (SMD) in the Southeast Asian Region, which will take place on 1-30 June, 2011. The E-discussion will focus on 3 themes related to SMD in the Southeast Asian (SEA) (one per week) and it will serve for the preparation of a Regional Assessment Report to be presented on the occasion of the Rio 2012 conference.
