Eligibility
Who can apply: - Graduates from Central and Eastern European Countries; - Their studies must be finished with an above-average exam taken within the last three years; - The graduates must be citizens of one of the countries and have to reside in their home country when applying; - The priority is given to the ones who have not yet stayed in Germany for research; - Applicants must prove sufficient skills of German by the beginning of the scholarship at the latest.  1.Environmental benefit: new measures for the protection of the environment and the reduction of environmental degradation. 2.Innovation: advancement beyond the current state of knowledge. Exemplary and model character: the project should be of broad interest. 3.Market implementation should be possible within a short period of time
