The Land Acquisition Fund enables strong, local conservation NGOs to secure, connect and efficiently protect habitat of endangered species. The deadline for submitting funding applications is May 1st 2023.

Eligibility
High funding priority will be given to: Land purchase in or adjacent to areas with a high biodiversity value; areas with ecosystems and/or species listed as Critically Endangered or Endangered on the IUCN Red List; land purchase involving ecosystems under-represented in the public protected areas system; areas with a strategic importance for the protection of the hinterland (buffer zones) or connect important areas (corridors); involvement of locals.
Application
