What they do
Italy has started a regular development cooperation which aim was to contribute to the international efforts directed towards the alleviation of world poverty and the strengthening of the developing countries’ institutions. Recently, the new emergencies have bestowed on the Italian cooperation a role that has become increasingly more fundamental in the choices of Italian external politics, in harmony with the interventions on the maintenance of peace and the management of the migratory flows.
