Rome, 17 June 2013- In an official address to the 38th session of FAO Conference, FAO Director-General, José Graziano da Silva, pointed out the importance of the strategic objectives, as nearly 870 million people are still chronically hungry and at least 2 billion suffer from other forms of malnutrition such as micronutrient deficiencies.
