وتوفر المساهمات الطوعية فرصًا متميزة لجميع أعضاء المنظمة للمشاركة بشكل فاعل في تسريع وتيرة تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتكتسي هذه المساهمات الطوعية (التي تُقدّم إلى جانب المساهمات الإلزامية المقرّرة) أهمية حاسمة بالنسبة إلى الفعالية التنظيمية والبرامجية الإجمالية، حيث تشكل ما يقارب 70 في المائة من ميزانية المنظمة.
وفي هذا السياق، تقدّم المنظمة مجموعة واسعة من أنماط الشراكة التي تدعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة بشكل مباشر، وخاصةً آليات التمويل الجماعية المتعددة الشركاء المصممة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من السرعة والكفاءة والابتكار والنتائج على أرض الواقع.
