رحبت منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (المنظمة) بالقرار الذي اتخذه مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية مؤخرًا القاضي بالموافقة على 13 من المشاريع التي تأخذ بزمام قيادتها المنظمة في 16 بلدًا، بقيمة إجمالية قدرها 78.5 ملايين دولار أمريكي تقريبًا. وقد اتُخذ هذا القرار خلال الاجتماع التاسع والخمسين لمجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية وسيقوم على القرار المتخذ في يونيو/حزيران 2020 بالموافقة على 176 مليون دولار أمريكي للمشاريع التي تتولى قيادتها المنظمة.
