NIBIO-HAAS Conference 2020

Oslo, Norway, 28/09/2020 29/09/2020

Time: September 28-29, 2020 (2 half-days 8:00-12:00 AM CET time and 2-6 PM Beijing time)

Venue: Online/ZOOM

This year marks 10 years of successful collaboration between NIBIO and HAAS. Through the decade, NIBIO and HAAS have got to know each other and become friends through the participation and efforts of many colleagues at both organizations and in key research areas such as plant health, soil and fertilizer research, biochar, animal health and AMR. We would have had a big conference to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and met face to face if the covid-19 pandemic had not occurred. However, the corona virus cannot hinder our friendship and celebration of 10 years of fruitful collaboration with joint research projects, joint publications, PhD student visits to NIBIO, joint conferences and workshops as well as staff exchange and visits. Last but not least, we have a few ongoing projects (e.g. Sinograin II) and proposals (EU-China H2020 SFS Healthy soil for healthy food production, which NIBIO leads and in which HAAS is one of the Chinese partners). The NIBIO-HAAS conference 2020 will thus be held as a virtual conference using the online ZOOM platform. Friends and colleagues at NIBIO and HAAS will meet digitally!
