Registration is live for the UW Madison 10th Annual Plant Science Symposium which will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 via Zoom. Attendance is Free!

Since 2020 is the International Year of Plant Health, our theme this year is "Zooming in on Plant Health." With the help of our invited speakers, we'll be taking a look at how plant health is important to protect the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the environment in which we live. The speaker lineup includes:

Dr. Shelby Ellison, Assistant Professor of Horticulture at UW-Madison

Dr. Kevin Murphy, Associate Professor, Sustainable Seed Systems Lab at Washington State University 

Dr. Diane M Beckles, Associate Professor and Associate Post Harvest Biochemist at UC-Davis

Dr. Kayri Havens, Director, Plant Science and Conservation, and Senior Scientist at Chicago Botanic Garden
 
Dr. Linda Kinkel, Professor of Plant Pathology at University of Minnesota
