The Secretariat of the International Treaty on PGRFA has made available a mobile app for the Tenth Session of the Governing Body of the International Treaty that will greatly simplify participants’ experience.

The app can be downloaded at no cost on your iPhone, iPad or Android device from 17 November 2023. It contains all the information you need for the event plus extra features to enhance your experience such as networking opportunities, schedules and much more. The app allows you to: - Access scheduled plenary sessions and browse the calendar of side events - Access meeting documents - Locate meeting rooms through floor plan maps - Get important updates on in-session meetings and notifications - See who is attending and share contact information by networking with other attendees.

Pre-registered participants have received a customized invitation email with a link to download the app.  If you have pre-registered, but not received the invitation, you can follow the these steps.

Step 1: Download the App

 You can scan the QR code below or use this link

It will download the “Cvent App”, you have to search for “Tenth Session..” and (Tenth Session of the Governing body of the ITPGRFA) will show up.

Step 2: Verify your account

To access the app, login with the same NAME, LAST NAME and EMAIL as provided during the pre-registration process.

Use the ‘Verification Code’ that you will receive by email. This step is needed only the first time.
